Sister School of Anweshana
As a sister school to the 30-year-old Anweshana Montessori House of Children, our institution shares the same time-honoured principles and philosophy, delivering an authentic Montessori experience.
Sports
Vidyan is committed to fostering athletic talent and promoting physical well-being. Currently, we have a state-of-the-art football turf and an indoor sports room. Additionally, we shall be having a badminton court, a skating rink, and a basketball (under construction) to provide a comprehensive sporting experience for our students.

Vindhya Sree
Academic Coordinator
Vindhya is an AMI-trained Montessori educator with a postgrad in Electronics and over 7 years of experience as an educator. She creates warm, inclusive classrooms where children feel safe and joyful. Passionate about child development, she nurtures each learner's confidence and lifelong love for learning. Her happiest moments are spent learning from children.
Sridevi S
Elementary Educator
Sridevi is an IMTC-trained Montessori educator with a background in Information Systems and Management. After a career in finance with Citigroup, Standard Chartered, and ANZ, she found her true calling in working with children. She has taught at Sweven Montessori in Mumbai and Anweshana Montessori. Outside school, she enjoys reading and gardening.
Harika N
Pre Primary Educator
Harika is an IMTC-trained Montessori educator with over a decade of experience in early childhood education. Though trained in Commerce, she was drawn to the Montessori method and its profound impact on children. Inspired by the power of hands-on materials, she finds joy in supporting children as they grow into confident, independent individuals.
Bhavana Rajesh
Hindi Educator
Bhavana is a passionate Hindi educator with a background in Home Science, Montessori education and medical laboratory technology. She began her teaching journey with her own children and it soon blossomed into a lifelong commitment to nurturing young minds. Bhavana uses stories, games, and playful activities to make learning inclusive and engaging.
Shyamly Pradeep
Music Educator
Shyamly is a music educator with a degree from Kalakshetra Foundation and 10 years of teaching experience. Trained in Carnatic music and Music Therapy, she integrates rhythm, storytelling, and Nada Yoga to create a calm and inclusive learning space. She believes music has the power to spark curiosity, build focus, and help children express themselves with confidence.
Preetham M
Operations Manager
Preetham is an MBA and Chartered Engineer with experience in leading high-performing teams and solving complex problems. Honored by the Governor of Karnataka for entrepreneurial excellence, he has held senior roles in impactful EdTech companies. A singer-songwriter and avid traveler, he finds joy in music, exploration, and meaningful human connections.
Mrunal Pappu
Special Educator
Mrunal is an IMTC-trained Montessori educator with a Diploma in Special Education from the Spastics Society of Karnataka. She brings expertise in supporting diverse learners through individualized, multi-sensory methods and compassionate, reflective teaching practices. At Vidyan, she creates inclusive, nurturing classrooms where all children feel safe and confident to grow.

Shravya Devasani
Shravya, an MBBS graduate from Kasturba Medical College and Master of Surgery in Ophthalmology, is passionate about holistic education. Influenced by Montessori and Krishnamurthy's philosophies, she pursued an AMI Adolescent Diploma. She is dedicated to empowering children through meaningful, evidence-based learning.
Shrenik Devasani
Shrenik holds a master's in Human-Computer Interaction and Computer Science from Iowa State University. He has worked at Xerox PARC and Amazon in California. He has published multiple papers in the field of Artificial Intelligence in Education and is passionate about helping children develop problem-solving and design thinking skills.
Shruti Boddu
Shruti, a writer and entrepreneur, blends expertise in technology, sustainability, and children's literature. An NTU, Singapore graduate, she's a former Silicon Valley professional, founder of a vegan bakery, and a children's book author. Her global experiences bring a holistic, innovative approach to education and storytelling.
Ravan Boddu
With over 35 years of experience spanning India, the US, and the UK, Ravan is a seasoned leader and an alumnus of NIT Allahabad. As co-founder of iSOFT India's R&D division, he scaled the team to 1,500+ professionals. Passionate about challenges in education and healthcare, he mentors students to achieve their full potential.
